Description

Manage system stability, incident response, and software maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Restore services during high-priority incidents and participate in war rooms or bridge-lines to resolve system outages.
• Perform root cause analysis for system failures and coordinate with vendors for third-party application resolution.
• Monitor system queues and dashboards to identify failures and ensure compliance with established SLAs.
• Manage service requests and work orders to address data errors impacting core systems.
• Support service introduction planning, disaster recovery testing, and holiday support events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and C programming languages.
• Experience working within Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to create and maintain technical recovery documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for business partner updates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Microservices, Reactive Programming, and Cloud Services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Supply Chain processes.
