Description

You will build and maintain integration solutions for core IT systems, focusing on data synchronization and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate and configure data synchronization and workflow jobs between Rally and Jira.
• Develop scripts to extract data from IT systems like PPM+ and ServiceNow to generate required reports.
• Ensure the uptime, performance, and scalability of the Rally product.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues between Rally and Jira.
• Collaborate with teams to onboard business squads and Fleets to Rally.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Deep experience with Rally and Jira APIs for workflow automation and data sync.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and programmatic interaction with them.
• Proficiency working with JSON and other data formats for API communication.
• Experience integrating IT systems using available APIs.
• Experience in Tomcat and Postgres database environments.
• Ability to manage code using Git or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PPM+ and ServiceNow data extraction.
• Groovy scripting capabilities.
