Description

You will develop and maintain core automation and integration capabilities for IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate and configure data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
• Develop scripts to extract data from IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate required reports.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of the Rally product.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues between Rally and Jira.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard business squads and Fleets to Rally.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with code development in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and programmatic interaction with them.
• Experience with API integration across various IT Systems.
• Proficiency in working with JSON and other data formats for API communication.
• Experience in a Tomcat/Postgres database environment.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage code via Version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, or equivalent).
• Experience using Rally and Jira APIs for data synchronization and workflow automation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams in Atlassian Jira.
