Description

You will design scalable software architecture for CMS systems and lead the implementation and maintenance of development projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable software architecture for CMS elements to ensure data integrity and system compatibility.
• Direct implementation strategies for data and application integration.
• Collaborate with management to define project designs and drive strategic technology initiatives.
• Review software change requests to evaluate feasibility, duplication, and prioritization.
• Manage analysts and programmers, including hiring, performance development, and leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 4 years of .NET development experience.
• 2 years of Blazor WebAssembly development experience.
• 2 years of SQL experience.
• 2 years of ASP.NET Web API development experience.
• High-level knowledge of SDLC methodologies, security, and application modularization.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Information Systems or Management.
• 5 years of hands-on programming experience in database and data-driven applications.
