Description

You will design and maintain scalable software architecture for CMS systems while overseeing programming implementation and team management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable software architecture for CMS systems to ensure data integrity across claims-related applications.
• Align software development with business, IT, and infrastructure strategies.
• Implement strategies for JUIRS data maintenance and application integration.
• Manage analysts and programmers, including hiring, performance development, and conducting performance discussions.
• Review software change requests and provide input on prioritization and hardware/software requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related experience, including 7 years in software development.
• 5 years of hands-on programming experience in database and data-driven applications.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), specifications, and security.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Proven leadership and management experience, including personnel administration.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work within a team environment to meet performance competencies.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Information Systems or Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Management.
