Description

Lead technical delivery by decomposing requirements into actionable tasks, prototypes, and test cycles. You will own the release pipeline, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews.

Responsibilities

• Decompose functional and technical requirements into project activities, prototypes, and test cycles.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies using industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in the selection and procurement of hardware and software technologies.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define constraints and concept of operations documentation.
• Review developer work and provide technical feedback to maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C, and Python.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, continuous testing, and continuous delivery processes.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Expertise in test-first practices, specifically Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience with global application deployment and configuration management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
