Description

Lead end-to-end software testing cycles for complex IT projects, including data warehousing, ETL, and system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, scripts, and procedures to verify system specifications.
• Manage deliverables across multiple parallel projects while ensuring adherence to SDLC processes.
• Collaborate with developers, systems analysts, and project leadership to resolve defects and document results.
• Analyze user needs and design tests to verify end-user requirements and regulatory standards.
• Investigate support escalations and perform necessary corrections to data or software tests.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IT or computer science experience, including at least 3 years in testing or business analysis.
• Proven experience testing data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting systems.
• Strong proficiency in writing medium to complex PL/SQL queries.
• Expertise in data test analysis and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience documenting requirements for enterprise initiatives, system migrations, or software upgrades.
• Ability to perform regression testing and verification for software upgrades.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BO, Tableau, Oracle Exadata, or SAP HANA.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
