Description

You will design, implement, and support integrations and applications within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and support system integrations by collaborating with subject matter experts to meet business requirements.
• Design, program, test, and configure applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and developing resolution plans.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support users and technical staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing software and administering solutions.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack: .NET, SQL Server, Windows Desktop/Server OS, IIS, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with the Power Platform and Active Directory/Entra ID identity and access management services.
• Knowledge of IT fundamentals related to networking and hosting in complex environments.
• Experience working within organizations that enforce strict IT change controls.
• Relevant, up-to-date Microsoft certifications related to the above technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical/computer engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to support diverse business functions by understanding customer needs and communicating effectively.
• Knowledge of client-specific software and change management standards.
