You will bridge the gap between business processes and IT systems by analyzing requirements and designing functional solutions.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with stakeholders to identify needs regarding business processes, working methods, and IT systems.
Analyze current situations and consult with end users and the Product Owner to propose technical solutions.
Define functional and non-functional requirements through critical needs analysis.
Design, configure, and test new system implementations.
Provide 2nd line support for complex incidents and participate in an on-call rotation every 5 weeks (including Saturdays) after an initial 6-month period.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience in a solution analysis or similar role.
Experience working closely with a Product Owner.
Ability to analyze business processes and food-related requirements like safety and tracing.
Experience in requirement gathering and functional specification.
Experience in system configuration and testing.
Ability to provide technical documentation for end users.
Experience handling 2nd line technical support and incident management.
