Description

You will bridge the gap between business processes and IT systems by analyzing requirements and designing functional solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify needs regarding business processes, working methods, and IT systems.
• Analyze current situations and consult with end users and the Product Owner to propose technical solutions.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements through critical needs analysis.
• Design, configure, and test new system implementations.
• Provide 2nd line support for complex incidents and participate in an on-call rotation every 5 weeks (including Saturdays) after an initial 6-month period.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a solution analysis or similar role.
• Experience working closely with a Product Owner.
• Ability to analyze business processes and food-related requirements like safety and tracing.
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional specification.
• Experience in system configuration and testing.
• Ability to provide technical documentation for end users.
• Experience handling 2nd line technical support and incident management.
