Description

Design and implement enterprise-level systems and integrate complex applications across large-scale, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop C# ASP.NET/.NET Core RESTful Web APIs and client/server applications.
• Architect GIS solutions using the Esri suite of products and ArcGIS Maps API/SDK.
• Implement enterprise systems using .NET frameworks, including WPF, WCF, and MVC.
• Manage geospatial data analysis and ensure compliance with FCDC, ISO, and OGC standards.
• Administer ArcGIS Enterprise Server, ArcGIS Online, Hub, and Community.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Architect developing .NET web and client/server applications.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, C#.NET, WPF, WCF, or MVC.
• 8+ years of experience designing C# ASP.NET/.NET Core RESTful Web Services.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise systems.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• 4+ years of experience as a GIS Solution Architect using Esri products.
• 4+ years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Maps API/SDK for JavaScript (3.x and 4.x).
• 3+ years of experience with SQL queries, reporting, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Next.js).
• 3+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS, Python, and ArcPy/Python Arcade.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Esri Workflow Manager, System Monitor, or Image Server.
• Knowledge of Esri Site Scan, Engine, Urban, or Scene for 3-D data models.
