Description

You design and implement scalable data architectures to enable business-wide data utilization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps focused on data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses.
• Design scalable solutions for complex business problems in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Prototype cross-platform business solutions to validate new technologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to align technical design with product roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of well-architected frameworks to ensure security, reliability, and cost optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake and Snowflake Data Cloud, including deployment and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data catalogs.
• Practical knowledge of data lakes and data warehouse architectures.
• Ability to review architectural designs for maintainability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
• Experience influencing business capability domains and prioritizing architecture backlogs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BigID and data protection protocols.
