Responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery by defining detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance and integration testing prior to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure solution availability and proper functionality.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for End-to-End processes within the TDP area.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Expert-level experience writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Extranets.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies and processes.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience analyzing computer hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of large datasets and relational databases.
