Description

You will implement enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices to ensure performance and security. Configure cloud services and integrate them into customer networks. Collaborate with client IT teams to prepare and optimize network infrastructure for new solutions. Integrate solutions with identity providers like Azure, Google, AD, and Okta for access management. Document implemented solutions and provide ongoing troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP.
• Experience with remote tools (Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ZenDesk, SpiceWork).
• Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+ certification.
