Description

You will install and configure enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices to ensure optimal performance and security. You will integrate cloud services into customer networks and collaborate with client IT teams to optimize their infrastructure. You will manage identity provider integrations, including Azure, Google, AD, and Okta, for secure access. You are responsible for thorough documentation, ongoing troubleshooting, and support for existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure enterprise software on servers and network devices.
• Integrate cloud services and identity providers (Azure, Google, AD, Okta) into customer networks.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to prepare and optimize network infrastructure.
• Document implemented solutions and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or engineering roles.
• Professional certifications: Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems.
• Experience with remote tools (Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ZenDesk, SpiceWork).
