What's the Job?

• Install enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Configure cloud services and integrate them into customer networks seamlessly.
• Collaborate with clients' IT teams to prepare and optimize their network infrastructure for new solutions.
• Integrate solutions with identity providers such as Azure, Google, AD, and Okta for secure access management.
• Document implemented solutions thoroughly and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for existing systems.

What's Needed?

• At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or engineering role.
• Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems.
• Experience with remote tools like Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN, and IT ticketing systems such as ConnectWise, ZenDesk, or SpiceWork
