Description

You will install, configure, and integrate enterprise software and cloud services into customer networks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices for optimal performance.
• Integrate cloud services and identity providers (Azure, Google, AD, Okta) into customer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to optimize network configurations and ensure security.
• Document implemented solutions and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or engineering roles.
• Professional certifications: Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems.
• Experience with remote tools (Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ZenDesk, SpiceWork).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity provider integrations beyond the core list.
• Background in network infrastructure optimization.
