Description

You will install, configure, and integrate enterprise-grade software and cloud services to ensure optimal performance and security for customer networks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices.
• Configure cloud services and integrate them into customer networks.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to optimize network infrastructure.
• Integrate solutions with identity providers (Azure, Google, AD, Okta) for secure access.
• Document implementations and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or engineering.
• Professional certifications: Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, SMB, LDAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems.
• Experience with remote tools (Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN) and IT ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ZenDesk, SpiceWork).
• Ability to prepare and optimize network infrastructure for new solutions.
