You will manage complex sourcing and procurement activities for public bodies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex agreements and resolve contractual issues.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate information across multiple tasks.
• Assess and manage risks within contract terms and conditions.
• Interpret and apply policies while documenting arrangements.
• Collaborate with public bodies, leadership, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in IT procurement and contracting.
• 5+ years knowledge of various contract types and procurement methods.
• 5+ years experience in project and time management.
• 5+ years experience in supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing, high-volume environments.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in interpreting and applying policies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in state or local government procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or Business Management.
