Description

You will execute sourcing strategies for assigned IT procurement projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize solicitation documents and requirements.
• Create bid tabs and evaluate solicitation responses.
• Conduct reference checks and review terms and conditions.
• Draft contract documents and manage complex procurement tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Experience managing the full sourcing process.
• Knowledge of basic procurement and sourcing principles.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• Familiarity with VPPA and APSPM.
• Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
