Description

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT sourcing, procurement, and contract management for technology and government clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, negotiation, and management of MCAs, MSSAs, license agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and purchase orders.
• Manage the red-lining process to align legal, business, and vendor requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives for major IT procurement projects from ideation through execution.
• Direct vendor vetting and selection processes to identify best-fit technology solutions.
• Oversee RFP responses for state and local government clients in support of the PMO.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement contracts, and contract management within technology or IT services.
• Deep knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and IT procurement best practices.
• Proven experience managing complex sourcing and procurement projects from start to finish.
• Experience managing RFP processes and working with government clients.
• Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or Agiloft.
• Experience working with PMO structures.
