Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT software, services, telecom, cybersecurity, and hardware in Jackson, MI.

Responsibilities

• Execute non-strategic purchase requests by verifying specifications and determining the necessity of RFI, RFP, or RFQ processes.
• Negotiate cost-effective agreements and contractual terms with suppliers and legal counsel to reduce company risk.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including execution, spend monitoring, end dates, and change requests.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supplier quality teams to drive cost reductions and process efficiencies.
• Utilize market data and portfolio analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure contractual compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing or supply chain management.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end RFx processes with a focus on SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS contracting.
• Direct experience in IT contract development, management, and editing supplier paper.
• Strong knowledge of IT categories including Application Software, Telecom, and Cyber Security.
• Deep understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and competitive negotiation strategies.
• Working knowledge of business law, commercial terms, and related legal issues.
• Ability to manage complex relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience in Information Technology support roles.
