Description

Manage IT procurement of goods, materials, and services with a focus on cost optimization and quality.

Responsibilities

• Process non-strategic purchase requests for software, services, telecom, cyber, and hardware.
• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers to mitigate risk.
• Manage contract lifecycles, including spend tracking, end dates, and execution status.
• Implement sourcing management processes and metrics to engage suppliers on operational and financial issues.
• Facilitate supplier development and cost reduction initiatives alongside Supplier Quality teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Previous experience in an Information Technology support role.
• Expertise in IT contract development and management, specifically SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Proficiency in business law, commercial terms, and competitive negotiation processes.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerBI.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and SAP.
• Experience with Application Software, Cyber Security, and purchasing or project management software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
