You will manage regional IT operations and audio-visual services to support employees and clients.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and upgrade computer hardware, workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within LAN/WAN environments.
Manage Audio Visual (AV) systems, including setup for video conferences, event support, and coordination with integration partners for design and implementation.
Perform preventative IT and network maintenance in collaboration with the Corporate IT Infrastructure team.
Handle asset management tasks, including inventory maintenance, documentation, and equipment disposition.
Provide technical training and support to users via phone, email, video, and in-person.
Required Skills
4 years of relevant IT experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8 years of relevant experience if holding only a high school diploma.
Technical expertise in desktops, workstations, laptops, and IT peripherals.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN environments.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Microsoft A+ certification.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for both IT and AV systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of management and staff.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AV control system programming and cabling.
