Description

Manage regional IT operations and audio-visual services to support employees and clients in Alaska, USA.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and upgrade computer hardware, workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within LAN/WAN environments.
• Manage Audio-Visual (AV) systems, including video conference setup and event support.
• Perform preventative IT and network maintenance in collaboration with the Corporate IT Infrastructure team.
• Handle asset management tasks, including inventory maintenance, documentation, and equipment disposition.

Required Skills

• 4 years of relevant IT experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience if holding only a high school diploma.
• Technical expertise in desktops, workstations, laptops, and IT peripherals.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN environments.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Microsoft A+ certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for both IT and AV systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AV control system programming and cabling.
