Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and create/review test plans.
• Document, communicate, and validate requirements across the development lifecycle for process changes.
• Provide written communications to business owners, IT team members, and management.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications for alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience supporting complex software systems or applications.
• 84 months of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating test plans.
• 84 months of experience documenting and validating requirements during the development lifecycle.
• 84 months of experience providing written communications to stakeholders.
• 84 months of experience with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid (Eligibility/Enrollment).
• 84 months of experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, or HIPAA compliant X12 EDI.
• 60 months of experience reviewing technical specifications against business requirements.
• Proficiency with ETL tools, IBM Cognos, and HIPAA standards.
