Description

You will support application backends and manage Windows Server environments while developing web applications and managing Oracle Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support application backends in Windows Server 2016-2022 environments, including production on-call and off-hours troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Java, and .Net.
• Manage Oracle Service Cloud and OPAs Hub development, including Custom Object deployment, Agent Scripting, and Business Rules.
• Write, modify, and tune complex SQL statements and perform day-to-day administration in Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Execute software testing duties including automated, performance, unit, system, and UAT, and migrate code and database changes to production.

Required Skills

• 60 months of experience in Windows server support.
• 48 months of experience with Oracle products, including installs, upgrades, fixes, and system changes.
• 60 months of experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries.
• 60 months of experience with .Net, ASP, VB Script, or Batch Script.
• 36 months of experience administering Oracle Service Cloud, MySQL Database, or OPA.
• 60 months of experience performing automated, performance, unit, system, or UAT testing.
• 24 months of experience administering Google Cloud Platform, including Big Query.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Java.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
