You will support complex software systems and applications by analyzing business processes, validating requirements, and ensuring technical compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and create and review test plans.
• Document, communicate, and validate requirements throughout the development lifecycle for process changes.
• Provide written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications for compliance with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ months of experience supporting complex software systems or applications.
• 8+ months of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.
• 8+ months of experience documenting, communicating, and validating requirements.
• 8+ months of experience providing written communications to business owners and IT program teams.
• 8+ months of experience with Health Insurance, Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid (Eligibility and Enrollment).
• 8+ months of experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, or Report Development using IBM Cognos or HIPAA compliant X12.
• 5+ years of experience reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance.
