Description

You will support and analyze complex IT systems, focusing on business process analysis, test planning, and requirement validation across the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and create or review test plans.
• Document, communicate, and validate requirements for process changes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide written communications to business owners, IT team members, and management.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications for alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting complex software systems or applications.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing complex business processes and creating test plans.
• 7+ years of experience documenting and validating requirements during the development lifecycle.
• 7+ years of experience providing written communications to stakeholders.
• 7+ years of experience with Health Insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or Medicaid (Eligibility/Enrollment).
• 7+ years of experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, or HIPAA compliant X12 EDI.
• Proficiency with IBM Cognos and HIPAA standards.
