Description

You will support application backends, manage Windows Server environments, and develop web applications while administering Oracle Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support application backends in Windows Server 2016-2022, handling production on-call and off-hours troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Java, and .Net.
• Manage Oracle Service Cloud and OPAs Hub, including Custom Object deployment, Agent Scripting, and Business Rules.
• Tune complex SQL statements and administer Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Execute automated, performance, unit, system, and UAT testing while migrating code and database changes to production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server support.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle products, including installs, upgrades, fixes, and system changes.
• 5+ years of experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries.
• 5+ years of experience with .Net, ASP, VB Script, or Batch Script.
• 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Service Cloud, MySQL Database, or OPA.
• 5+ years of experience performing automated, performance, unit, system, or UAT testing.
• 2+ years of experience administering Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Java.
