Description
You will provide technical support and hardware/software troubleshooting for end-user clients.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-user clients.
- Support Microsoft Windows 7 or higher desktop operating systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot Citrix, Active Directory, and networking in a desktop environment.
- Maintain and update system support documentation.
- Provide technical assistance within a help desk environment.
Required Skills
- 70 months of experience troubleshooting end-user software and hardware.
- 70 months of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 or higher.
- 60 months of experience in a help desk environment.
- 60 months of experience supporting Citrix, Active Directory, and networking.
- 60 months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Visio.
- 60 months of experience creating or updating system support documentation.
- Graduate degree in any field.
