Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user clients in a help desk environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-user clients.
• Support Microsoft Windows 7 or higher desktop operating systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix, Active Directory, and networking.
• Maintain and update system support documentation.
• Provide technical assistance within a help desk environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting end-user software and hardware.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in a help desk environment.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Citrix, Active Directory, and networking.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Visio.
• 5+ years of experience creating or updating system support documentation.
• Graduate degree in any field.
