Description

You will maintain IT infrastructure and provide technical support within a secure corporate environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade, and support Windows and Linux operating systems in an Active Directory network.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user issues across hardware, software, and network components promptly.
• Provide overall system support, including peripherals, printers, and associated hardware.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of network switches, routers, and firewalls.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and Exchange Administration.
• Experience building, securing, and troubleshooting Windows (Windows 11, Windows Server) and Linux (Rocky Linux, Redhat Linux) systems.
• Knowledge of network architectures, protocols, and services (file sharing, domain services, web services, VMWare).
• Familiarity with hardware break/fix for PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of NIST and CMMC requirements.
• Must hold DOD 8570 Certification.
