Description

Manage and maintain core IT infrastructure, ensuring 24x7 internet availability and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISPs and resolve connectivity issues to guarantee continuous internet availability.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions across Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity and performance.
• Track system health and optimize performance through continuous monitoring.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and Python scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration and support.
• Network Administration expertise with LAN/WAN infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
• Proficiency with Active Directory administration.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace administration.
• Ability to script using PowerShell and Python.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and performance management tools.

Preferred Skills

• IT related degree or Any Graduate qualification.
