Description

You will handle 2nd and 3rd level support for ITX maps for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform map updates and fixes on ITX maps to maintain system functionality.
• Act as SME on ITX issues and train the team on ITX based troubleshooting.
• Learn and perform support activities involving integrations and underlying platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Itx Mapping and Sterling Integrator.
• Experience with IBM API Connect.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ArgoCD or cloud platforms.
• Understanding of middleware technologies and integration platforms.
