Description

You will own 2nd and 3rd level support for ITX maps, ensuring system functionality for internal and external customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform map updates and fixes on ITX maps to maintain system stability.
• Act as the subject matter expert on ITX issues and train the team on troubleshooting.
• Manage support activities involving integrations and underlying platforms.
• Apply DevOps practices and Agile methodology using JIRA and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in IT support or engineering.
• Proficiency in ITX Mapping and Sterling Integrator.
• Experience with IBM API Connect.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ArgoCD or cloud platforms.
• Understanding of middleware technologies and integration platforms.
