Description

You will manage and support hardware, software, and network infrastructure for local and remote employees.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, wireless devices, docking stations, and monitors.
• Manage user accounts within Active Directory and resolve end-user issues regarding company applications.
• Monitor and manage anti-virus software to ensure all systems remain protected and updated.
• Perform periodic maintenance on desktops, laptops, and network bandwidth to ensure optimal functionality.
• Catalogue, rotate, and maintain backup media across all company locations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory user account management.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware including peripherals, printers, and docking stations.
• Knowledge of managing and monitoring anti-virus systems.
• Ability to support remote sales employees and multiple company locations.
• Experience maintaining backup media and performing system rotations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network bandwidth and wireless client devices.
