Description

You will support and maintain information technology systems in stand-alone and client-server environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, service, and repair hardware and software for network services, storage networking devices, and servers.
• Integrate multiple information systems within a networked environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer information system problems and perform required hardware upgrades.
• Configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and transmission media to ensure workstation efficiency.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Local Area and Base Area Networks.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT systems support.
• Knowledge of IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT.
• Experience with MS server and Defense Message Systems.
• Ability to maintain hardware and software for servers and storage networking.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MTA, MCTS, or MCSA certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
