Description

You will provide technical support and infrastructure maintenance to ensure operational stability across multiple office locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day IT support requests involving hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Configure and maintain IT hardware including laptops, printers, routers, and servers.
• Support security infrastructure by reviewing firewall logs and tracking bandwidth usage.
• Participate in system rollouts, migrations, and the deployment of new IT tools.
• Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventories, incident logs, and user access records.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and IP addressing.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of computer hardware and office productivity software.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to system monitoring tools and firewall management.
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices and data protection protocols.
