You will act as a senior technical specialist guiding large teams on complex reporting and data requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and logically design business requirements.
• Create and modify Framework Manager and Transformer models, resolving associated issues.
• Develop and adjust reports using Cognos tools.
• Test all reports and analytics before deployment to production environments.
• Troubleshoot user support issues related to social services reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and logical design.
• 7+ years of experience creating and modifying Framework Manager and Transformer models.
• 7+ years of experience creating and modifying reports using Cognos tools.
• 7+ years of experience using SQL for analysis and reporting, including joins and conditional formatting.
• 7+ years of experience testing reports and analytics prior to production.
• 7+ years of experience in social services-related reporting and user support troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Analyst methodologies.
• Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics and Cognos.
