Description

Manage enterprise mobile devices, conference room technology, and end-user support systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise mobile device management (MDM) solutions for Apple (iOS) devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and document hardware and software lifecycles.
• Support conference room equipment and facilitate teleconferencing tools.
• Write technical help guides, how-to documentation, and train end users on new technologies.
• Provide end-user support for enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting Apple (iOS) mobile devices.
• 6+ years of experience with enterprise mobile device management solutions.
• 6+ years of experience writing technical help guides and how-to documentation.
• 6+ years of experience with asset inventory management.
• 6+ years of experience supporting conference room equipment and teleconferencing tools.
• 6+ years of experience training and guiding end users.
• Proficiency with VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft Windows.
• Hands-on experience with WebEx, MS Teams, and Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate level education.
