Description

You will manage complex reporting, data migration, and SQL performance tuning for enterprise Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop report specifications and business rules in collaboration with agency stakeholders.
• Write and performance tune complex SQL, PL/SQL, packages, and triggers against Oracle databases.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and Oracle Service Cloud.
• Execute data migration, cleansing, and conversion projects.
• Support COTS products, resolve production report issues, and provide knowledge transfer to other developers.

Required Skills

• 60 months of experience writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, packages, and triggers in an enterprise Oracle environment.
• 74 months of experience in performance tuning complex SQL/PL/SQL, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
• 74 months of experience working with stakeholders to define reporting and data migration specifications.
• 60 months of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Crystal Reports with Oracle back-ends.
• 60 months of experience interpreting business analyst requirements for ad-hoc report design.
• 24 months of experience using Oracle Service Cloud with MySQL back-ends.
• 24 months of experience in data analysis, cleansing, and migration.
• 48 months of experience with incident ticket management using tools like ALM HP Quality Center.
• 36 months of experience with version control systems.
