Description

You manage complex reporting, data migration, and SQL performance tuning for enterprise Oracle databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop report specifications and business rules in collaboration with agency stakeholders.
• Write and performance tune complex SQL, PL/SQL, packages, and triggers against Oracle databases.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and Oracle Service Cloud.
• Execute data migration, cleansing, and conversion projects.
• Resolve production report issues and provide knowledge transfer to other developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years writing complex SQL, PL/SQL, packages, and triggers in an enterprise Oracle environment.
• 6+ years in performance tuning complex SQL/PL/SQL, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
• 6+ years working with stakeholders to define reporting and data migration specifications.
• 5+ years designing, developing, testing, and deploying Crystal Reports with Oracle back-ends.
• 5+ years interpreting business analyst requirements for ad-hoc report design.
• 2+ years using Oracle Service Cloud with MySQL back-ends.
• 2+ years in data analysis, cleansing, and migration.
• 4+ years with incident ticket management using tools like ALM HP Quality Center.
• 3+ years with version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting COTS products.
