Key Skills & Experience Required:
✔ 10+ years of experience in complex IT Project/Portfolio Management
✔ Experience leading enterprise Digital Transformation projects
✔ Strong experience with Cloud Migration & Data Warehouse Migration
✔ Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Dataflow & DataStream
✔ Experience modernizing Oracle / PL-SQL environments
✔ Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies – Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid
✔ Expertise managing projects using Azure DevOps
✔ PMP Certification preferred
✔ Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
✔ Experience working on State of Indiana projects is highly preferred
✔ Strong communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end migration from on-prem Oracle Data Warehouse to GCP
• Manage enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets & risk registers
• Coordinate project teams and ensure successful project delivery
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams
• Communicate project status and deliverables to senior leadership
