Description

Lead enterprise IT projects, focusing on cloud and data warehouse migrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from on-prem Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex IT initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Mentor project teams and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in complex IT Project or Portfolio Management.
• Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.
• Experience modernizing Oracle and PL/SQL environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Expertise managing projects using Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience working on State of Indiana projects.
