Description

Define and document business processes, translating stakeholder needs into detailed functional specifications for Oracle EBS systems.

Analyze existing and future business systems to identify gaps and define requirements for new and existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through workshops and coordinate specifications for application changes.
• Develop business cases, ROI calculations, and risk analyses to support project decisions.
• Manage project tasks and lifecycle phases from conception through implementation and support.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects across applications and interfaces.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS Implementation or Support experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Procurement and Inventory modules.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Informix databases.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical situations.
• Experience across various SDLC phases including requirements, build, deployment, testing, and support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
