Description

This role involves managing and resolving IT issues across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Triage issues across various departments and escalate appropriately.
  • Manage incidents using ServiceNow and PagerDuty.
  • Monitor and respond to basic security alerts with the Security Operations team.
  • Assist in vulnerability management, tracking and following up on remediation tasks.
  • Maintain and update the status page to communicate incidents to the customer base.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Incident Management and ITIL frameworks.
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure EntraID.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Foundation understanding of cybersecurity principles.
