Description

You will provide first-line IT service desk and remote support for internal users. You own the daily resolution of incidents and work orders via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve incoming support tickets from phone, email, and logged incidents.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the service management tool.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when first-line resolution is not possible.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Remote Support environment.
• Proficient troubleshooting of Windows 10 operating systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and incident management workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for user-facing support.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
