Description

You manage general IT support, application administration, and database operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve basic hardware and software technical issues for end users.
• Liaise with infrastructure and database consultants to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors on technical support and database tasks.
• Manage database operations, including report generation and query-based data extraction.

Required Skills

• Four or more years of professional IT support experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including tables, pivot tables, and XLOOKUP functions.
• Intermediate coding experience in VBA, SQL, or Python.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of database theory, management, and structure.
• Proficiency in basic algebra for data analysis.
