Description

You will provide technical support and manage hardware for desktop, laptop, and mobile environments across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Active Directory.
• Perform hardware break/fix tasks and system imaging.
• Manage device deployments using Microsoft SCCM/MECM.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
• Ability to configure and manage networking settings.
• Scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Bash, or Batch.
• Experience with hardware deployment and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and mobile platforms.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Experience managing iOS and Android mobile devices.
